PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF USE. BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU INDICATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS YOU MAY NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

1. ACCEPTANCE

FUTUREADS.CO.UK provide a collection of online resources which include classified ads, forums, and various email services (the "Service") on the website www.futureads.co.uk.com.pk and its affiliated sites (including without limitation www.mundoanuncio.com and www.edeng.cn) (collectively, the "Website") subject to these Terms of Use (these "Term"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. Additionally, when using a portion of the Service, you agree to conform to any applicable posted guidelines for such Service, which may change periodically. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guideline, or any subsequent changes thereto or become unhappy with FUTUREADS.CO.UK in any way, your only choice is to immediately discontinue use of FUTUREADS.CO.UK. These Terms may be updated by FUTUREADS.CO.UK at any time at its sole discretion. FUTUREADS.CO.UK may send you notices of changes to the Website or the Terms pursuant to Section 21(H) herein. FUTUREADS.CO.UK may provide a translation of the English version of the Terms into other languages. You understand and agree that any translation of the Terms into other languages is for your convenience only and that the English version governs the terms of your relationship with FUTUREADS.CO.UK. Furthermore, if there are any inconsistencies between the English version of the Terms and any translation, the English version of the Terms shall govern. You understand and agree that to the extent you are located in the United States, you will utilize the Service in compliance with any laws, regulations, and guidelines that may be under the jurisdiction of the Office of Foreign Asset Control, U.S. Department of Treasury.

2. CONTENT POLICY

A. You understand that FUTUREADS.CO.UK does not control, and is not responsible for ads, directory information, business listings/information, messages between users, including without limitation emails outside FUTUREADS.CO.UK's email system or other means of electronic communication, whether through the Website or another Third Party Website (defined below) or offerings, comments, user postings, files, images, photos, video, sounds, business listings/information and directory information or any other material made available through the Website and the Service ("Content"), and that by using the Website and the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge and agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will FUTUREADS.CO.UK be liable in any way for the Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content listed, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service. You acknowledge and agree that FUTUREADS.CO.UK does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that FUTUREADS.CO.UK has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating the spirit of the Website or the Terms or for any other reason or no reason. Furthermore, the Website and Content available through the Website may contain links to other third party websites ("Third Party Websites"), which are completely unrelated to FUTUREADS.CO.UK. If you link to Third Party Websites, you may be subject to those Third Party Websites' terms and conditions and other policies. FUTUREADS.CO.UK makes no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such Third Party Website, and your linking to any other websites is completely at your own risk and FUTUREADS.CO.UK disclaims all liability thereto.

B. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service and the consequences of posting, transmitting, linking or publishing it. More specifically, you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, email or otherwise make available via the Service. In connection with such Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service by you, you affirm, acknowledge, represent, and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use such Content on the Service and Website (including without limitation all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all such Content) and authorize FUTUREADS.CO.UK to use such Content to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Service, the Website and these Terms; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person or business in the Content to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person or business to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Service, the Website and these Terms. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Content; however, by submitting the Content to FUTUREADS.CO.UK, you hereby grant to FUTUREADS.CO.UK an irrevocable, non-cancellable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licenseable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Website and FUTUREADS.CO.UK's (and its successors') business, including without limitation for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website and Content therein (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels now or hereafter known. These rights are required by FUTUREADS.CO.UK in order to host and display your Content. Furthermore, by you posting Content to any public area of the Service, you agree to and do hereby grant to FUTUREADS.CO.UK all rights necessary to prohibit or allow any subsequent aggregation, display, copying, duplication, reproduction, or exploitation of the Content on the Service or Website by any party for any purpose. You also hereby grant each user of the Website a non-exclusive license to access your Content through the Website. The foregoing license to each user granted by you terminates once you remove or delete such Content from the Website.

C. FUTUREADS.CO.UK does not endorse any Content or any opinion, statement, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and FUTUREADS.CO.UK expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with user Content. FUTUREADS.CO.UK does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Website, and FUTUREADS.CO.UK may, at its sole discretion, remove any infringing Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. FUTUREADS.CO.UK reserves the right to remove any Content without prior notice. FUTUREADS.CO.UK may also terminate a user's access to the Website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a user submission removed from the Website more than twice. Further, at its sole discretion, FUTUREADS.CO.UK reserves the right to decide whether any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene, libelous, or defamatory material, or excessive length. FUTUREADS.CO.UK may remove such Content and/or terminate a user's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

D. FUTUREADS.CO.UK may provide a video service to you if you upload photographs for your ad. By uploading your photographs, you irrevocably consent to the use of your photographs for this service and represent and warrant that you have all right, title and interest necessary to upload and use the photographs on this service. Under this service, using a third party application or service, FUTUREADS.CO.UK may, at its discretion, create a video of your photographs, upload the video via www.YouTube.com or another third party service provider, as determined by FUTUREADS.CO.UK at its discretion, and embed the video into your ad on FUTUREADS.CO.UK.

3. FEATURED ADS

FUTUREADS.CO.UK offers a service known as "Featured Ads" where users may pay a non-refundable fee to have their ads posted in selected locations on the Website, thus potentially increasing an ads' visibility. In order to purchase a Featured Ad, you may be required to transmit certain information through a third party service provider, Click & Buy, a Third Party Website, which may be governed by its own terms of use and other policies. FUTUREADS.CO.UK makes no representation or guarantee as to the safety or security of the information transmitted to any Third Party Website, and your linking to any Third Party Website is completely at your own risk, and FUTUREADS.CO.UK disclaims all liability related thereto. Featured Ads are subject to the Terms listed herein, as well as additional terms of service.

4. CONDUCT

You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content:

o that violates any law; o that is copyrighted or patented, protected by trade secret or trademark, or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission or a license from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant FUTUREADS.CO.UK all of the license rights granted herein; o that is harmful, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way; o that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;

o that violates the Fair Housing Act by stating, in any notice or ad for the sale or rental of any dwelling, a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap (or violates any state or local law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of these or other characteristics);

o that violates federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity laws, including but not limited to, stating in any advertisement for employment a preference or requirement based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability. o with respect to employers that employ four or more employees, that violates the anti-discrimination provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including requiring U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (green card status) as a condition for employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulation, executive order, or federal, state, or local government contract. o that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an FUTUREADS.CO.UK employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity; o that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;

o that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch"; o that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;

o that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement;

o that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if (1) posted in areas or categories of the Website which are not designated for such purposes; or (2) emailed to FUTUREADS.CO.UK users who have requested not to be contacted about other services, products or commercial interests; o that includes links to commercial services or Third Party Websites, except as specifically allowed by FUTUREADS.CO.UK;

o that advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by New York law;

o that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

o that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; or o that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service. Additionally, you agree not to:

o contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or make unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose; "stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;

o make any libelous or defamatory comments or postings to or against anyone;

o collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;

o use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Service, except for internet search engines (e.g. Google) and non-commercial public archives (e.g. archive.org) that comply with our robots.txt file;

o post non-local or otherwise irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

o post the same item or service in more than one classified category or forum, or in more than one metropolitan area; o attempt to gain unauthorized access to FUTUREADS.CO.UK's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the Website.

o use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of postings on FUTUREADS.CO.UK without each posting being manually entered by the author thereof (an "automated posting device"), including without limitation, the use of any such automated posting device to submit postings in bulk, or for automatic submission of postings at regular intervals; or

o use any form of automated device or computer program ("flagging tool") that enables the use of FUTUREADS.CO.UK's "flagging system" or other community moderation systems without each flag being manually entered by the person that initiates the flag (an "automated flagging device"), or use the flagging tool to remove posts of competitors, or to remove posts without a good faith belief that the post being flagged violates these Terms.

5. PAID POSTINGS

We may charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Service. The fee is an access fee permitting Content to be posted in a designated area. Each party posting Content to the Service is responsible for said Content and compliance with the Terms. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that Content is removed from the Service for violating the Terms

6. POSTING AGENTS

Posting Agent" is a third-party agent, service, or intermediary that offers to post Content to the Service on behalf of others. To moderate demands on FUTUREADS.CO.UK's resources, you may not use a Posting Agent to post Content to the Service without express permission or license from FUTUREADS.CO.UK. Correspondingly, Posting Agents are not permitted to post Content on behalf of others, to cause Content to be so posted, or otherwise access the Service to facilitate posting Content on behalf of others, except with express permission or license from FUTUREADS.CO.UK.

7. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

FUTUREADS.CO.UK grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Service for your own personal use. This license does not include: (a) access to the Service by Posting Agents; or (b) any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Service nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by FUTUREADS.CO.UK. A limited exception to (b) is provided to general purpose internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that use such tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the Service, provided they each do so from a stable IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent and comply with our robots.txt file. "General purpose internet search engine" does not include a website or search engine or other service that specializes in classified listings or in any subset of classifieds listings such as jobs, housing, for sale, services, or personals, or which is in the business of providing classified ad listing services. FUTUREADS.CO.UK permits you to display on your website, or create a hyperlink on your website to, individual postings on the Service so long as such use is for noncommercial and/or news reporting purposes only (e.g., for use in personal web blogs or personal online media). If the total number of such postings displayed on or linked to your website exceeds one hundred (100) postings, your use will be presumed to be in violation of these Terms, absent express permission granted by FUTUREADS.CO.UK to do so. You may also create a hyperlink to the home page of the Website so long as the link does not portray FUTUREADS.CO.UK, its employees, or its affiliates in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. FUTUREADS.CO.UK offers various parts of the Service in RSS format so that users can embed individual feeds into a personal website or blog, or view postings through third party software news aggregators. FUTUREADS.CO.UK permits you to display, excerpt from, and link to the RSS feeds on your personal website or personal web blog, provided that (a) your use of the RSS feed is for personal, non-commercial purposes only, (b) each title is correctly linked back to the original post on the Service and redirects the user to the post when the user clicks on it, (c) you provide, adjacent to the RSS feed, proper attribution to 'FUTUREADS.CO.UK' as the source, (d) your use or display does not suggest that FUTUREADS.CO.UK promotes or endorses any third party causes, ideas, web sites, products or services, (e) you do not redistribute the RSS feed, and (f) your use does not overburden FUTUREADS.CO.UK's systems. FUTUREADS.CO.UK reserves all rights in the content of the RSS feeds and may terminate any RSS feed at any time. Use of the Service beyond the scope of authorized access granted to you by FUTUREADS.CO.UK immediately terminates said permission or license. In order to collect, aggregate, copy, duplicate, display or make derivative use of the Service or any Content made available via the Service for other purposes (including commercial purposes) not stated herein, you must first obtain a license from FUTUREADS.CO.UK.

8. NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENTS

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any user Content or other content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail): 1.A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; 2.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site; 3.Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit FUTUREADS.CO.UK to locate the material; 4.Information reasonably sufficient to permit FUTUREADS.CO.UK to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address; 5.A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and 6.A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
